Joy Li 
After 28 years living in Spain, Joy comes back to his country by the hand of one of the most recognized chefs all around the World, Martin Berasategui (7 Michelin Stars). China and the gastronomy walk together, as it happens in Spain, so that is why the meeting between Joy and Martin was a success and borned the Restaurant Martin. Shanghai is the best scenario to build bridges between both countries through gastronomy. Leading this home is Joy, the responsible of making each client feels like he is in Lasarte, where is the headquarters restaurant of Martin, without traveling abroad Shanghai.
   

Leon Huang 
Leon Huang is Joy´s right hand. Trained in Switzerland, he studied restoration five years in the Alpine country. His abroad experience and his professional career back up the position that he develop in the Restaurant Martin as Operation Director. To the sound of the baton, Leon manages and coordinates a team who has the complicate and beautiful mission to transfer Martin´s Philosophy to Shanghai. The young and experienced Huang is the reflection of the New China.
   
Communication & Events Managers
In charge of the Restaurant Martin´s image projection is the Department of Communication and Events. In a huge market as the Chinese one is, introduce our restaurant to the people who lives here and know how to make, it is an important work to achieve the success. Composed of a bicultural team, Hellen is the responsible for Chinese field and Monica Gonzalez and Galo Martin for the international community, Restaurant Martin try to introduce his own gastronomy values in China.
