Leon Huang is Joy´s right hand. Trained in Switzerland, he studied restoration five years in the Alpine country. His abroad experience and his professional career back up the position that he develop in the Restaurant Martin as Operation Director. To the sound of the baton, Leon manages and coordinates a team who has the complicate and beautiful mission to transfer Martin´s Philosophy to Shanghai. The young and experienced Huang is the reflection of the New China. |

Composed of a bicultural team, Hellen is the responsible for Chinese field and Monica Gonzalez and Galo Martin for the international community, Restaurant Martin try to introduce his own gastronomy values in China. |
